White Bear Lake is my home.  My wife, Cynthia and I moved here in 2000 and raised our three sons in this wonderful community.

 

After graduating from Park Senior High in Cottage Grove. I attended the University of Minnesota and graduated from the Carlson School of Management.

Cynthia and I have been married  for 35 years and have three adult sons.  Our oldest graduated from White Bear Lake High School And our other sons attended Lakeaires and Sunrise schools.

I am a proud 3M employee who is currently working as a Sr. Global Commercialization Leader.  During my 30 year career at 3M and Pentair (2008-2012) I have traveled extensively doing business in over 20 countries. I have experience  leading teams and producing results. 

 

I am an active member of Eagle Brook Church - White Bear Lake campus.  I served as a board member from 2008-2010 and have been a consistent lay volunteer across many of the church’s ministries - I am currently the Lead Director of volunteers.

 

In the community I volunteer at Union Gospel Mission in St. Paul on a weekly basis serving breakfast to the men under their care.  I have also been an active volunteer with the Manitou Days parade as a marshal for the last several years.

I believe it is important to serve others with your gifts and abilities.   Now is the time for me to put that value to work in the White Bear Lake community which has given so much to me and my family.   I look forward to working together with you to elevate our school district so that the next generation of young adults are equipped to thrive and excel in the next phase of their lives.
